I love the fact that the products are all plant-based and environmentally friendly. My dog's skin and coat were well cleaned. I did not enjoy the bottle/applicator. The fragrance free bottle did not dispense the shampoo properly, it was really difficult to get any out. Luckily I also had the lavender shampoo and that one dispenses well. Also while using the product, it didn't seem like it was ever enough because it doesn't foam. My dog did seem super clean and soft so the product is great but the experience could be better. I value the natural ingredients and environmental benefits, the spray bottle dispenser needs to be improved.
